Rubber overlays over the foot sport an additional layer over the achilles and instep areas for added flexible protection. These rugged uppers also feature an adjustable rear gusset with locking strap to provide a custom fit and allow a comfortable fit over larger calves or clothing tucked into the boot. Inside the Destroyer, WIXIT Cool-Clad™ wicking air mesh linings feature micro-dot perforations to wick away moisture and allow air to flow more, keeping the foot cooler in warmer temperatures. Removable molded EVA sockliners and nylon shanks offer cushioning and support under the feet, while DS1 molded outsoles provide grip you can trust over rugged terrain.
