Phantom Outdoors Terms and Conditions

Phantom Outdoors is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service possible. We strive to serve all of your outdoor apparel needs, with great prices and a wide selection of products. Below you will find some frequently asked questions as well as some of our policies. How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or visit our in-store location. Please insure that your contact information is clearly visible so that we may contact you by phone, if needed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 9am EST and 6pm EST and Saturday between 8am EST and 5pm EST.

What if I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Phantom Outdoors. The products must be returned within 30 days in the same condition they were received in and in their original packaging. Phantom Outdoors will refund the product cost - All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be purchaser's responsibility.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?
We add a USPS/UPS Delivery Confirmation to every package we ship. This service gives you the date, zip code and time your package was delivered.  Circumstance dependent, Phantom Outdoors cannot replace packages that are lost or stolen. Phantom Outdoors will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to non-current addresses. If we are not notified of an address change, before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package cannot be accepted.

Will I have to pay any taxes?
Only orders shipped to South Carolina residents are subject to the state sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive an order that has been filled incorrectly, we apologize.   We will send a prepaid return shipping label via email or feel free to bring the item to our location.  We will either replace the product with the correct items, or issue a refund for those cost. Shipping will not be refunded if these items were part of a larger order. In the event that you would like to return an item, please call and speak with a customer service representative who will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.
