Phantom Outdoors Terms and Conditions

Phantom Outdoors is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer service possible. We strive to serve all of your outdoor apparel needs, with great prices and a wide selection of products. Below you will find some frequently asked questions as well as some of our policies. How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or visit our in-store location. Please insure that your contact information is clearly visible so that we may contact you by phone, if needed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 9am EST and 6pm EST and Saturday between 8am EST and 5pm EST.

 

Only orders shipped to South Carolina residents are subject to the state sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns: Phantom Outdoors accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not custom, visibly worn or damaged. All sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for return. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. We can only issue credit to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: Phantom Outdoors accepts exchanges as long as the product is not custom, visibly worn or damaged. The exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the included return/exchange form for prompt processing. Omit Credit Card Information if the exchanged item is of equal/lesser value.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at (843) 870-4370 or info@phantomoutdoors.com and a representative will be glad to send you a shipping label to exchange or return your defective items. No discounts may be stacked on any products. Items purchased on sale may be exchanged at their sale value.
