Returns and Exchanges:
Returns: Phantom Outdoors accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not custom, visibly worn or damaged. All sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for return. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. We can only issue credit to the original form of payment.
Exchanges: Phantom Outdoors accepts exchanges as long as the product is not custom, visibly worn or damaged. The exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the included return/exchange form for prompt processing. Omit Credit Card Information if the exchanged item is of equal/lesser value.
