DJ Matt Stefan Guppy Heads, 3pk

The Dirty Jigs Guppy Swimbait Jig Head is designed for fishing small swimbaits and the vertical jigging technique that dominated the 2017 B.A.S.S. Elite Series tournament held on Cherokee Lake. The Guppy Head is built around either a 1/0 or 3/0 extra sharp 90-degree line tie VMC hook. Its 90-degree jig head design allows for a perfectly horizontal lure position, making it the ideal jighead for vertical jigging, as well as, other small swimbait applications.

The stacked cone keeper also holds your soft plastic swimbait in place using surface tension and friction, giving you a tear-less keeper design that helps prolong the life of your soft plastic swimbait. Available in a multiple variations of hook size and weight to match up perfectly with your favorite swimbait, the Dirty Jigs Guppy Swimbait Jig Head is the ideal choice for the popular vertical jigging technique spawned in East Tennessee.

“One of the hottest techniques for catching deep winter time bass has been fishing small shad style soft plastic baits on a counter weighted jig head. In East Tennessee the technique is referred to as ‘Damiki fishing.’ The jig head is designed to keep all the weight forward of the line tie in order to keep the shad style bait horizontal in the water column. Dirty Jigs has designed the very best jig head I've seen for this presentation. In 2017, during the Bassmaster Elite Series event on Lake Cherokee, I used the guppy head to finish in the top ten. Catching more than 25 bass a day, the guppy head worked great!" -BASS Elite Series pro, Matt Herren.
