It's summertime, it's hot, and there has been an abundance of rain in certain areas of the country.  Whether you are fishing a tournament or spending a relaxing day on the lake, catching fish is the #1 goal.  A great way to cover water and help you locate fish is with a buzzbait.  

A buzzbait allows you to cover water quickly, across numerous types of different structure and cover - grass, wood, pads, docks, and overhanging trees to name a few.  Not only will a buzzbait help you catch fish, but it's also known as a "big fish bait."

While throwing a buzzbait, utilizing the proper tackle will provide you the best results.  The right action/length rod, the right reel speed, and right line choice are all key - allowing you to put the bait in the right spots and land more fish.
